Dr. Garret D. Rock
Adult and Orthopedic Chiropractic
Dr. Garret Rock is board certified in Colorado and Minnesota, and specializes in adult care and orthopedic chiropractic. Dr. Rock has worked with many well-known professional athletes and trained under some of the top names in chiropractic health care. In 2007, after just one year in Boulder County he was named one of the Top 20 Chiropractic Doctors. He has held that honor since.
Dr. Rock is the recipient of the Boulder County Business Report Top 20 Award in the field chiropractic providers, AMC Eagle Award, AMC A+ Achievement Award, AMC Bronze Achievement Award, and Fibromyalgia Centers of America Honor Award.
Dr. Rock is a preferred provider for the National Pain Foundation, Colorado Cure, Imagine!, and the Fibromyalgia Network. He is a member of the Colorado Chiropractic Association, National Pain Foundation, and Association for the Advancement of Scientific Chiropractic.
Dr. Rock is an associate faculty member of Western States Chiropractic College. He holds special certifications for workers compensation, EMT, whiplash, and several technique certifications.
Dr. Rock and his wife, Jacy, are avid athletes and outdoorspeople, enjoying hiking, biking, running, skiing, camping, and racing.
Dr. Eric St. Pierre
Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation
Dr. Eric St. Pierre specializes in Chiropractic Sports Medicine. Dr. St. Pierre is a board certified Diplomate in Chiropractic Sports Medicine, only the third doctor to complete an additional two-year, post-doctorate residency program in Chiropractic Sports Medicine. He represents the next generation of Chiropractic Sports Doctors.
Dr. St. Pierre serves as a team doctor and head trainer for the 2009 U.S. Speedskating Team, and will be representing them during the winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C., as well as the World Championships.
Dr. St. Pierre is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and also has a degree in Movement Science, providing a unique skill set utilized by many U.S. Olympic teams and various other elite athletic organizations.
Teams which have sought Dr. St. Pierre’s expertise include: the 2009 U.S. Speedskating Team, 2008 Olympic Silver Medal- US Women’s Waterpolo Team, the USA Weightlifting World Team, and the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Teams during their World Cup seasons throughout Europe and North America following the 2006 Olympic Games.
Other groups include USA Volleyball, Disney’s Wide World of Sports, Race Across America (RAAM), and LG Extreme Action Sports.
Dr. St. Pierre is excited to offer his services and expertise to the athletic community in and around Lafayette, and is especially proud to represent the Back and Spine Center at South Pointe Medical.
Dr. Megan Moon

Advanced Wellness Planning
Dr. Megan Moon practices Chiropractic Wellness Care with a professional focus on women and children. As a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner, Dr. Moon has advanced training in holistic nutrition, lifestyle management and movement physiology.
Dr. Moon is certified in the renowned Webster technique for expecting mothers and has postgraduate education in chiropractic pediatrics. She presently sits on the International Chiropractic Association's Council for Wellness Science, and has provided her expertise at multiple sporting events, humanitarian trips and prominent health care facilities.
In her pursuit of providing the most natural, complete and integrated care, Dr. Moon is currently completing coursework towards another graduate degree as a nurse practitioner.
Dr. Moon is a health educator for the YMCA and enjoys creating health workshops for both the public and private corporations. She is always striving for the enhancement of health and the life experience.
Her hobbies include participating in local athletic events, camping, cooking, and reading.
Dr. Wesley Cavanaugh
Occupational and Orthopedic Chiropractic
Dr. Wesley Cavanaugh graduated summa cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College and was named the valedictorian of his graduating class. He is devoted to being an expert in all aspects of spinal health and he is passionate about providing his patients with the best chiropractic and wellness care possible.
Dr. Cavanaugh has a diverse background that gives him a unique ability to identify with the needs of his patients. He had careers in accounting and computer science before pursuing his dream of being a chiropractor. This gives him the perspective to understand the health challenges that professionals and office workers are faced with. His background also inspired an interest in ergonomics and the benefits of healthy posture, which he has incorporated into his practice.
In his free time, Dr. Cavanaugh is an avid reader. He and his wife, Miki, also enjoy movies, biking, tennis and golf, and they love to travel. He has a grown stepdaughter who lives with her fiancé in Iowa. He has lived in California, Oregon, Iowa and Colorado, but he loves the incredible weather and friendly people in Colorado best of all.
